Ink Gin

ink gin is an independent, family-owned Australian gin brand and the original conversation starter. Founded in 2015 in Northern New South Wales, ink was the world's first naturally colour-changing gin, crafted using butterfly pea flower. The gin pours a deep natural indigo and transforms to pink when tonic is added.

Produced at Husk Farm Distillery in the Tweed Valley, NSW, ink is made for simple rituals and shared moments. Whether enjoyed with friends or savoured at the end of the day, ink makes it a moment.
