The Beating Heart of Byron

For 45 years, Byron Community Centre has been bringing people together through community services, arts, culture and social enterprise. Known as the beating heart of Byron, the independent charity and not-for-profit operates the Byron Theatre, Byron Markets, Byron Spaces, Byron Seniors Club, volunteer program and art gallery, alongside essential community support services including Fletcher Street Cottage. Through a diverse range of programs, events and services, Byron Community Centre creates opportunities for connection, creativity and support, helping to build a stronger, more inclusive and resilient community for locals and visitors alike.
