Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes is the Senior Manager for Sales & Business Development at IngramSpark. Responsible for teams in both the UK and Australia, as well as extensive leadership experience across a wide range of international markets, Ben is responsible for the continued growth of the international portion of this global business, which is a part of the wider Ingram Content Group,  providing best-in-class sales, marketing, print and distribution services to authors and publishers around the world.

Prior to working at Ingram, Ben spent half a decade at Penguin Random House, the world’s largest trade publisher, developing sales and market expertise alongside world-renowned author brands and retailers such as Amazon and Waterstones in the UK, as well as others across Europe and in international markets including Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
