Tim Winton in Conversation

Beloved Australian author Tim Winton, who just topped the ABC Top 100 Australian Books list with Cloudstreet, returns to the Northern Rivers on November 7 to Bangalow A&I Hall.

For nearly half a century, he has been telling the lives and loves of ordinary people. Now, in his most personal book yet, Songs from the Firefront, he asks the big questions. How do we keep going in a burning world? What must we do to foster community? And how do we hold on to what is pure and precious?

Songs from the Firefront is a book about the sacred fragility of existence. It’s full of rage, laughter and mourning, and it’s a celebration of friendship and family life.

Presented by The Book Room, supported by Byron Writers Festival.

All tickets include a signed copy of the book.
