Join author, poet, podcaster and journalist Samantha Turnbull for a series of masterclasses where students will learn and experiment with a range of creative writing techniques and genres. Classes are designed to be fun and celebrate the joy of storytelling. This senior masterclass is suitable for ages 12—18 years.
Students gain confidence in writing and work towards an end of term story. The groups' stories will be compiled and published in a printed Anthology. Each student will receive one copy as part of the program, and additional copies are available for purchase.
This is a FREE program of 5 x sessions in Terms 1 and 2 only, presented by Byron Writers Festival in partnership with Lismore Library. Registration essential.
