StoryBoard Masterclasses

Byron Bay Senior Masterclass

Join author, poet, podcaster and journalist Samantha Turnbull for a series of masterclasses where students will learn and experiment with a range of creative writing techniques and genres. Classes are designed to be fun and celebrate the joy of storytelling. This senior masterclass is suitable for ages 12—18 years.

Students gain confidence in writing and work towards an end of term story. The groups' stories will be compiled and published in a printed Anthology. Each student will receive one copy at year-end as part of the program, additional copies are available for purchase. If you would like extra copies for a family member, school library or friend, simply add your order to the cart during registration. 

This is a FREE program of 7 x sessions only, presented by Byron Writers Festival in partnership with Byron Bay Library. Registration essential.

You will receive a weekly reminder via email each week prior to the session.

Murwillumbah Senior Masterclass

Join author and teacher Melaina Faranda for a series of masterclasses where students will learn and experiment with a range of creative writing and screenwriting techniques.
